Shipping policy

Orders are expected but not guaranteed to ship within a 1-2 week window from the date they are placed. In some situations where a high volume of orders are received in a short period of time some customers may receive their order shortly after this timeframe.

If your order is received by us and your address is found to be incomplete, for example, missing an apartment or unit number, building number, street name or any number of other various errors we will reach out directly to you via the email provided with your order so that we can correct the error and complete shipment of your order. If you do not reply to our request for further shipping information your order is subject to cancellation after a certain period of time.

We will always do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner in the order in which they are received.
